IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation (IOGC) is a wholly owned entity of Lagos State Government recognized under the IBILE Oil and Gas Corporation Law, 2013 (now Cap 11, Laws of Lagos State, 2015); established to ensure security along the energy value chain.

Olalere Odusote is a seasoned energy expert, with 25 years of experience working across the energy value chain in Nigeria, the UK, and the USA.
Since 2019, He is the Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources in Lagos State, charged with the mandate to ensure the delivery of reliable energy to its citizens and achieve energy security for the State. He previously held various roles including as the Structured Ventures Executive at Axxela Limited, Head of Business Development at Oando Gas & Power Limited, and various roles at Schlumberger and General Electric.
